The exhibitor and their parents/guardians agree to display good sportsmanship, and will adhere to the rules set forth by the Bi-County Fair and listed in the Fair Book. There will be no refunds for entries made but not brought for exhibition.

The Bi-County Fair Board is not responsible for accidents incurred on the fairgrounds by any participants or spectators.
